Children older than 12 years of age are welcome.
Our suites don't accommodate additional beds or guests.
Parking
Parking for your vehicle is available on the street in front of the hotel.
Pets
We love animals however we occasionally accommodate our canine queen Beanie so no additional pets are allowed.
Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the suites. Breaking this policy may result in a cleaning fee of $250.
Cancellation Policy
At the time a booking is made, deposit is due via credit card through Paypal. In the event the reservation is cancelled more than 15 days prior to the check-in date a full refund of the deposit is issued. If a reservation is cancelled during the 14 days before the check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation and required 13% VAT tax will be billed.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the grounds.
Meals
Breakfast can be ordered & is served each morning at 7:30, 8:00, & 8:30am.

Damage & Lost Items
Any damaged, stained, broken or missing items will be billed to guests including linens, appliances, furnishings, and kitchenware. PLEASE BE AWARE some cosmetics bleach linens (a few of the culprits Clearasil and Proactiv with ingredients like: Benzoyl Peroxide, Acetone, Hydrogen Peroxide, Hydroquinone) if you need a different towel or face cloth to prevent this please let us know this is not considered wear and tear-it is damage.
Lost keys will result in a $200 re-keying charge

Jody, Marianna und alle Volunteers sind total hiffsbereit, ich habe mich richtig zuhause gefühit und es genossen, nach 2 Wochen Rundreise auch mal Seiber ne Kleinigkeit zu machen, die kleine Küche ist mit allen ausgestattet, was man so braucht und man kann auch die grobe Outdoor Küche benutzen, wenn man will, Handtücher, Standmatten, Regenschirme, Moskitospray, sogar Sonnencreme wird gestellt. Der Pool war angenehm zum Abkühlen, Jody hat mit allem geholfen und jede Frage schnell per Whatsapp oder persönlich beantwortet und tolle Tipps gegeben.
